On September 26^th, Krasnov Roman, vice  sector of Russian Ural State University of Economics (USUE) visits LUFE.  President Cai Wenhao meets Krasnov Roman and holds talks. Afterwards, vice  president Hu Kai hosts the meeting to promote China-Russia cooperation.  Department of Studies, Department of Academic Research, Department of International  Exchange and Cooperation and Central-Asia Business School attend the meeting.

Hu Kai warmly welcomes vice sector Krasnov Roman.  Both parties deeply discuss about different modes of cooperation such as  two-way student exchange, visiting scholars and Russian talents introduction  program. After the meeting, vice president Hu Kai and vice sector Krasnov Roman  sign the cooperation agreement between two universities.

USUE was established in 1967, located in Yekaterinburg.  According to 2018 QS Emerging Europe and Central Asia( EECA) University  Rankings, USUE is ranked between the 251^st and 300^th .  There are four schools (institutes) in USUE, including Institute of  Economics, Institute of Finance and Law, Institute of Trade, Food Technologies,  and Service, and Institute of Management and Information Technologies.
