On September 24th, the 3rd Silk Road (Donghuang) International Exposition -2018 Forum on Ecological Civilization of the University Alliance of Belt and Road opens in Lanzhou University. LZFU president Cai Wenhao, vice president Hu Kai and Roman Krasnov, vice sector of Ural State University of Economics, Russia, Dr. Manuel Perez Garcia and researcher Marisol Vidales Bernal from Pablo de Olavide University, Spain, attend the opening ceremony.  

During the forum, Roman Krasnov, vice sector of Ural State University of Economics, Russia , makes an academic presentation titled “Russia and China: experience of the Ural State University of Economics in the framework of international cooperation” as LUFE Belt and Road cooperation university. Dr. Manuel Perez Garcia from Pablo de Olavide University, Spain, also makes an academic presentation titled “GECEM (Global Encounters between China and Europe ) Project: World Connectivity of the Silk Road through Integrated Innovation Systems and Economic Development”.  

LUFE School of Finance and School of Agricultural Economic Management attend the Belt and Road Ecological Civilization Development Picture Exhibition, displaying the contributions LUFE made to green finance and economy-environment synergetic pattern of new rural construction in western China.  

LUFE assists with the conduct of this forum as a founding member of University Alliance of Belt and Road. The forum invites members of University Alliance of Belt and Road to share the new achievements in the past three years and discuss new experience of Belt and Road ecological civilization development.
