On the afternoon of January 12th, the Personnel Department(Teacher Development Center)、International Exchange and Cooperation Department hold a seminar for young and middle-aged core teachers to exchange study abroad experience in the No.8 meeting room in Chongde Building, Heping campus. The seminar is held by vice-president Hu Kai and 25 teachers who have studied abroad in the past three years or are willing to study abroad attend this meeting.
The seminar is held in the form of afternoon tea, with a relaxing and active atmosphere. First, He Jiangping from school of information science, Wan Yongkun from school of international economics and trade, and Li Yuan from school of finance representing the national student funds study abroad projects, short-term academic visit projects, and teacher training projects of“121 talents project” respectively introduce their application and overseas experience in details, and make suggestions about how to enhance the international cooperation and improve the level of internationalization of teaching staff of LUFE combined with self-experience.
Afterwards, other teachers also share their overseas experience and give advice on the platform for international programs, internalization of teaching staff, overseas students management and so forth. Meanwhile, director of International Exchange and Cooperation Department introduces current platform for teachers to study abroad and the Personnel Department suggests on how to improve teaching ideas and promote discipline development. Finally, Hu Kai summarizes the development of internalization requires further systematic plan and perfection and enhance the development of platform on the university level. Teaching staff need to reinforce the application and transformation of achievements from overseas study and make contribution to the development of LUFE
This seminar for young and middle-aged core teachers to exchange study abroad experience hosted first time is aimed at finding problems on the study abroad platforms, ensuring the development of teaching staff internalization and encouraging young and middle-aged core teachers to expand international view and improve the level of academic research through sharing overseas experience and communication. |
