On November 30^th,  Mr. Lewis Wernick, director of international recruitment , Mrs. Jo Gittens, senior  consultant for international recruitment and Mr. Zhang  Bo, coordinator of international recruitment from the University of Derby,  U.K.visits  LUFE and has inter-school conversations with School of Finance , School of  Business Management, School of Arts and International Exchange and  Cooperation Department. Vice president Hu Kai hosts the meeting.

Delegation of University of Derby visiting the  History Museum

Before the meeting, the delegation of University  of Derby visited the History Museum in Heping campus, getting to know the  general situation of LUFE through detailed words and pictures, as well as  precious historical material, and left a message of blessing to LUFE on the  memorial book. Afterwards, the delegation of University of Derby and the representatives  of LUFE hold the cooperation talks. Professor Hu Kai warmly welcomes the  delegation and gives a brief introduction to the general situation of LUFE  and especially that of international exchange and cooperation. He puts  forward hope to in-depth cooperative relationship between two universities in  advantageous majors. Mr. Lewis Wernick extends his gratitude to the warm  reception and introduces the University of Derby in various fields and  highlights the practical teaching methods of University of Derby, where the  unique geographical advantages help students’ internship and employment. Both  parties put forward different modes of cooperation, such as joint dual-degree  program, visiting scholars, collaborative research projects, and practical  training base.
