November 14th, the second international seminar on "China's experience in reform and opening-up and its implications for the sustainable social and economic development of Belarus" is held in Belarus State University in Minsk. Mr. Cui Qiming, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus and Mr. A. Humilin, Chairman of the International Commission on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus deliver welcome speeches. Experts and scholars from Belarus, Ukraine, Tsinghua University and Henan University attend the meeting.

Vice-President Hu Kai and his delegation attend the seminar at the invitation of the Embassy of Belarus in China. On behalf of LUFE, Hu Kai delivers a keynote speech on "the experience of China's reform and opening-up from the perspective of seven stories of Chinese economists".

During the visit, our delegation meet respectively with the president of the Confucius Institute of Belarus State University and Tozic Anatole, the president of China-Belarus Friendship Association, Bekef Alexei, vice-president of Belarus State Economic University. The two sides exchange views on the annual work plan of academic exchanges and research cooperation between China-Belarus universities.
