From September 17 to 21, 2019, Vice President Hu Kai leads the delegation to visit Belarusian cooperation universities to promote the implementation of the annual task of China-Belarus education cooperation.

On September 18, Hu Kai and the delegation visits Baranovichi State University. The delegation visits the university's scientific research achievements exhibition, students' art works exhibition, engineering laboratory and traditional handicraft class, attends the establishment ceremony of “ China-Belarus Joint Research Center”, and has an in-depth exchange of views with Vasili Kochurko, the President of Baranovichi State University, on scientific cooperation, joint publication of academic publications, joint seminars and practical scientific activities and so forth, achieving the preliminary intention of  the work content of China-Belarus Joint Research Center.

On September 19, the delegation meets Vice President of Belarus State Economic University Aliaksei Byka, Aliaksandr Tarasionak and Vice President of Belarusian National Technical University Yuri Nikalaichik, fully discusses and exchanges views on students' joint training, teachers' exchange, scientific research cooperation and further implementation of the inter-university cooperation agreement and so forth. Leaders of relevant schools of two sides attend the meeting. After the meeting, the delegation visits history museum of Belarus State Economic University.
