The remit of the International Exchange Divisionincludes:  

1. Administering the operations related tointernational exchanges and cooperation;  

2. Developingand maintaining cooperation with international educational and academicinstitutions, coordinating signing the contract and facilitating itsimplementation;  

3.Formulating programs on international exchanges, dealing with the expenditurebudget, and undertaking the organization and implementation work;

4. Coordinating with faculty and other departments forexchange and cooperation programs;  

5. Administering the international meetings held orco-held by the university;  

6.Undertaking the organization and reception work concerning visiting foreignexperts’ academicforum, short-term visiting and exchange activities;  

7. Handling procedures forlong-term and short-term business and academic visits abroad and filing privatevisits abroad on record;  

8. Publicizing the university’sforeign affairs and promoting its international image.
